• Match results: Betting results are based on the official outcome as announced by the relevant sports authority. If no official result is declared within 72 hours of the match date, jack77 reserves the right to withhold payment until the result is confirmed.
• Match cancellations: If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours, all related bets will be refunded to players unless otherwise stated.

Jack77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player's account without prior notice if these Terms & Conditions are breached, including but not limited to the following situations:

If an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, jack77 reserves the right to confiscate all funds held in that account.
